Services/Personal care

The most private part of the day, handled gently

Bathing, dressing, grooming, continence and mobility support — delivered by trained workers you have met, at the pace you set, in the order you prefer.

Your choice
of worker, every time
Written down
your routine, step by step
Participant and support worker smiling together at a table with paints
Before anything starts
A private conversation about preferences, timing and who you are comfortable with.
Four things you decide

Not the roster. Not the plan. You.

01

Who supports you

Gender, language and cultural background are recorded as preferences, not inconveniences — and you meet workers before support starts.

02

When it happens

Early riser or slow starter, we roster around your day rather than the other way round.

03

The order of things

Shower before breakfast or after, hair first or last — your sequence is written into the plan.

04

Who else is in the room

Family, a partner, an advocate, or nobody at all. Your call, every time.

How it should feel
Unhurried, unembarrassed, and exactly the way you would do it yourself.

Shifts are rostered with enough time in them. Workers are trained against your written routine before their first shift, so nobody is learning on you.

Who comes to the door

Trained for this, matched to you, and staying

✓NDIS Worker Screening, police and Working with Children checks
✓Manual handling and infection control training as a baseline
✓First Aid and CPR current, refreshed on schedule
✓Trained against your own written routine before their first shift
✓A named coordinator you can call if the match is not right

Questions people actually ask

Always. Preferences about gender, language and cultural background are part of your plan, and we will not send someone who does not fit them.

Personal care (assistance with self-care activities) sits under Core supports. We will read your plan with you before anything is signed.

Tell your coordinator and we change the match. No awkward conversation, no explanation required.

Yes. The routine is reviewed regularly and updated whenever something is not working — including after a hospital stay or a change in mobility.

Talk to us before you decide anything

A short, private conversation — no forms, no jargon, and no obligation at the end of it.
