These terms cover your use of mysupportandcare.com.au. They are written in plain English. The supports we provide are covered separately by your own NDIS service agreement.

This website is run by MySupportAndCare Pty Ltd (ABN 70 669 568 058), trading as My Support and Care, a registered NDIS provider (registration no. 4050130101) based in Melbourne, Victoria. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean My Support and Care.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The information here is general. It is not medical, clinical, legal or NDIS planning advice for your situation. Please talk with your treating health professionals, support coordinator or NDIS planner before making decisions about your supports or funding.
We work to keep everything accurate and up to date, but services, eligibility and NDIS rules change. Please contact us to confirm details before relying on them.
Home vacancies, floor plans and availability dates are a guide only and can change without notice. A listing is not an offer of accommodation or support. Any placement depends on an assessment, compatibility with the household, suitable NDIS funding and a signed agreement.
Sending a referral, enquiry or job application through this site does not create a service agreement or an offer of employment. We aim to reply within one business day.
Please only share someone else’s personal information if you have their consent, or are authorised to act for them.
Website forms are not monitored around the clock. For anything urgent, call us on 0492 972 044. In an emergency, call 000.
We handle personal and health information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can access or correct it.
The text, design, logos, photos and videos on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages, or print a page for personal use. Please do not copy, change or republish our content without written permission.
Photos of participants, families and staff are used with their consent. If you appear in an image and would like it removed, contact us and we will act promptly.
This site links to services such as YouTube, Google reviews, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and the NDIS. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Reviews shown on our site are reproduced from Google as written by their authors.
Please do not use the site unlawfully, send false or misleading information, try to access parts of the site you are not meant to, or interfere with how it works. We may restrict access where this happens.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using this website or relying on its general information, or from the site being unavailable, interrupted or affected by viruses.
We want to hear what we are doing well and what we could do better. You can share a compliment, suggestion or complaint on our Feedback page, and raising a concern will never affect your supports.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a complaint, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
